Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We ship all of our packages through UPS, and all prices and shipping regulations come directly from USPS.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your package and your location. To get an exact quote, place the desired items in your cart and proceed to checkout. You will receive a shipping quote before you make any payments. The shipping cost you pay is exactly what the USPS charges to ship your order.

Q: How Can I track my package? 

A: As soon as your order ships, you will be notified via email with a USPS tracking number (or US Customs number for international orders.) You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website.

Q: I tried tracking my package, but it hasn’t gone anywhere, is something wrong?

A: Not necessarily. Packages won’t show any progress until they are scanned by USPS after a pick up, which can sometimes be the day after it ships. If it’s been over a week, and your package hasn’t moved, email info@fxdrecords.co.uk and we’ll see if we can figure out what’s going on.
